How do I return an item?

Please contact customer service for more information on returning an item. Please note that personalized items cannot be returned for a refund or credit unless a mistake in personalization has been made by shopmartinique.com. In the unlikely event that a piece of jewelry breaks during the course of normal wear, it may be returned up to 14 days from the date of purchase. We cannot accept returns for jewelry broken or damaged when caused by circumstances other than normal wear. We cannot accept returns on food items. We are pleased to accept exchanges or returns on non-personalized merchandise in original condition and packaging for up to 30 days after the date of purchase. If you would like to exchange or return a non-personalized item, please call Customer Service at 540-342-5886 for assistance. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Shipping charges for exchanges and returns will be paid by the customer. Refunds will be issued within 3 business days of receipt of merchandise in the original form of payment.
